Manufacturer of custom made cablee harness


We are producing custom made wire harnesses upon a request from a customer. We are able to assemble 1 piece of a specific cable which could be used e.g., a prototype as well we are able to deliver you larger amount of different types of cables. Our harnesses are usually used for drones, RC planes and other devices like prototypes or smaller machinery devices. All harnesses are handmade soldered and crimped. We also use crimping press tool. In addition, we also test our products by tensile wire test to obtain the best result and create for you high-end wire harness.


Type of crimping pins is chosen upon a type of a connection.
For cables with a larger number of wires our customers mostly prefer incorporation of wires into a one multiplex type connector. This connector is produced in 6-pin and 8-pin variants and guaranties its mechanical composition that it can’t be connected in a wrong way. These connectors can be also delivered with a soldering plate or with insulation in the form of soldering paste.
MR30 connectors are mostly used for BUS communication systems e.g. EX-BUS, S.Bus, SUMD or SRLX. These systems provide an easy solution by decreasing a number of needed wires for more complex systems. Instead of using a large number of wires, where one wire = one signal, you are able to use bus bar communication which allows to include multiple signals into a on physical wire. Typical application of this construction are large scale RC planes where multiple servos are operated in one remote area e.g., wing (flaps, aileron, landing gear door, main landing gear etc.).
